What you will learn
In this 5-part course, you'll gain a wealth of knowledge and practical strategies to empower your birthing journey. Here's what you can expect to learn.
In Module 1: Get Clear On Your Why, you'll dive into understanding your motivations for choosing a natural, unmedicated birth, building a strong foundation and mindset.
Module 2: Selecting Your Birthing Environment & Care Team will help you explore different birthing settings, such as hospitals, birth centers, and home births, allowing you to make an informed decision about where to give birth. You will also learn about the different philosophies of healthcare providers.
In Module 3: Preparing Your Body, you'll discover physical practices and actionable steps that can enhance your body's readiness for natural labor and birth. These are the tangible things you can incorporate during pregnancy to optimize your physical well-being and potentially shorten the duration of labor.
Module 4: Preparing Your Mind focuses on exploring strategies to cultivate a positive mindset and manage fears and anxieties about childbirth, harnessing the power of your thoughts to support you during this transformative experience.
In Module 5: Strategies for Progression While in Labor, you'll gain practical knowledge for supporting labor progression and coping with the intensity of childbirth. You'll learn various techniques to stay comfortable, focused, and empowered throughout the stages of labor.

Your instructor
My name is Becky Bovee, and as a mother of two who has navigated the transformative waters of natural childbirth firsthand, my passion for empowering expectant mothers through education and support in their natural birth journey runs deep.
Amidst having many doubts and fears about childbirth prior to and during my first pregnancy, I did what I could to prepare my body and mind for natural birth. I spent countless hours researching and doing all the things I could to prepare myself, and the practices truly helped me on my journey. Despite the earlier fears and doubts, I was able to do what once seemed unthinkable: have a natural, unmedicated, empowering birth. It was an experience that forever changed me, providing newfound confidence and amazement in my body and its capabilities.
I put many of the same practices into place throughout my second pregnancy and labor. They were both incredible natural birth experiences that I am forever grateful for.
This course is my way of extending a helping hand to other moms who aspire to navigate the journey of natural childbirth with grace and strength. In it, I share all the things that I discovered through my own research and put into practice throughout my pregnancies.
